Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are seeing improved performance of the DonorSearch Generosity Score and Batch Screening services. Our team will continue to monitor the situation.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing degraded performance with our DonorSearch integration service. Users may notice the Generosity Score fail to refresh when clicking "Update". This is also affecting customers that have requested a DonorSearch Batch Screen service.

Our team is actively investigating this issue and will provide updates as they become available.
